Inspection and calibration of pressure gauges, pressure relief valves (PRVs) and safety relief valves (SRVs)

AIR has the capability to carry out inspections and calibrations of pressure gauges and pressure relief and safety valves (PRV’s and SRV’s).

Our ASME Trained and certified personnel carry out these inspections and calibration with state of the art equipment in our lab and on your site.

The ability to conduct this testing on your site provides you with minimal downtime with an expedited turn around for shutdowns and maintenance programs.

This includes inspections of burst discs, function testing and setting relief pressures of flanged and threaded safety valves using either nitrogen or water. Verifying pressure gauges using an extremely accurate and sensitive gauge comparator.
